Scope: Wal-Tek team was contracted to receive, deliver and install 1,200 linear feet of modular wall and 300+ swing/pivot doors. The scope was across two floors that required diligent field project management to control the use of resources to meet tight deadlines on both floors and stay ahead of other trades.
