The parties agree that any and all disputes arising under this agreement will be submitted to mandatory, final, and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) at their Chicago headquarters office. The parties agree that the arbitration will be handled under AAA's Expedited Procedures under AAA Arbitration Rules E-1 through E-10. Discovery will be limited to a single set of 20 interrogatories including subparts and 20 document requests including subparts and the arbitration will be by written submission, not an oral hearing; fact decision, not reasoned decision. Each party will pay its own costs and attorney fees except that the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable costs and attorney fees. The parties further agree that neither party will file a class action or permit their name to be used as a representative of a class or collective action against the other for any reason.
