OBJECTIVE

Wal-Tek was contracted regarding 3 store fronts of product that was stored at site for several months prior to construction starting, received and unloaded by others. Nearly 50 skids of product was relocated within the building by Wal-Tek prior to installation. Installation drawings were "missing in action" and client had a firm deadline prior to the tenants moving in.

SOLUTION

One of Wal-Tek's field supervisors ran interference between the installation crew, manufacturer and architect to move the project along without these drawings. Once the crew was moving along, hardware for all units were not at site. Our team was able to purchase all hardware needed throughout and creating jigs where needed.
