OBJECTIVE

Wal-Tek was contracted to receive, deliver & install Sunon's new Fulton Market showroom in advance of Design Days. Sunon had a tightened timeline in order to get all product inspected & at site to order any punch items before their ribbon cutting event.

SOLUTION

Wal-Tek's internal team held a meeting with Sunon on objectives & reviewing product at our warehouse to deliver product in an efficient manner to make their timeline. Highlighting communication between our warehouse manager, project manager, operations manager, foreman & client, our team was able to complete on time for Sunon's important event.​
