OBJECTIVE

Wal-Tek was contracted for the installation of Global's new Fulton Market showroom after moving from the Merchandise Mart.

SOLUTION

Wal-Tek's operations and project management team collaborated with Global's team fluctuating crew size as they requested based on site conditions and truck deliveries. This flexibility was required in order for us to complete their new showroom ahead of Design Days 2026.​
