OBJECTIVE

Wal-Tek was contracted to receive, deliver & install furniture across two full floors among 92,000 square feet. Apart from the installation of new product, client reused their existing chairs, monitor arms & pedestals from previous location that Wal-Tek was scoped to relocate.

SOLUTION

Wal-Tek's operations and field crews collaborated with a pre-install site visit. Our team structured deliveries and installation schedule around other trades for an all around efficient job site.  Once the ground work was set for both floors, we ran two crews simultaneously to complete this project within deadline.
