OBJECTIVE

Wal-Tek was contracted to receive, deliver & install furniture across five full floors of furniture consisting of workstations, offices, ancillary and shelving.

SOLUTION

Due to a tightened timeline, our team had to work simultaneously on separate floors. To achieve this efficiently our internal team collaborated to meticulously deliver product by floor in a specific manner, keeping crews working in an assembly like manner.
